นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวสำหรับการใช้งานแอพพลิเคชั่น Grab Mobile
บริษัท เอ็นพีเอส อินดัสเตรียล เซอร์วิส จำกัด ("บริษัท") ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญเรื่องการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านผู้ใช้บริการ บริษัทจึงได้เลือกใช้เทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัยและปลอดภัยตามหลักมาตรฐานสากล รวมทั้งทดสอบและปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของระบบอย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อเพิ่มความมั่นใจให้ท่านสามารถใช้บริการแอพพลิเคชั่น Grab Mobile ได้อย่างมั่นใจ
บริษัทจะจัดเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการตลอดระยะเวลาที่ผู้ใช้บริการใช้บริการแอพพลิเคชั่น Grab Mobile หรือตามระยะเวลาที่บริษัทกำหนด โดยบริษัทอาจใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการเพื่อยืนยันตัวตน, เพื่ออนุญาตให้ผู้ใช้บริการเข้าถึงข้อมูลที่มีลักษณะพิเศษ, เพื่อให้บริษัทสามารถดำเนินการอื่นใดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้บริการแอพพลิเคชั่น Grab Mobile ของผู้ใช้บริการ รวมถึงใช้ในการติดต่อกับผู้ใช้บริการในกรณีที่จำเป็น และในบางกรณีที่บริษัทไม่สามารถตรวจสอบตัวตนของผู้ใช้บริการจากข้อมูลที่ให้ไว้กับบริษัท บริษัทอาจร้องขอเอกสารเพิ่มเติมหรือสอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมจากผู้ใช้บริการผ่านทางเจ้าหน้าที่ของบริษัท
ในกรณีที่ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลหรือข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องของผู้ใช้บริการถูกจารกรรมทางคอมพิวเตอร์ (Hack) สูญหาย หรือเสียหายซึ่งมิใช่ความผิดของบริษัท บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะปฏิเสธความรับผิดใดๆ อันเป็นผลมาจากการดังกล่าว
อนึ่ง การใช้บริการแอพพลิเคชั่น Grab Mobile ของผู้ใช้บริการถือเป็นการยอมรับนโยบายการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลฉบับนี้ โดยบริษัทอาจแก้ไขหรือเพิ่มเติมนโยบายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลฉบับนี้ได้ไม่ว่าในเวลาใด และการที่ผู้ใช้บริการใช้งานแอพพลิเคชั่นอย่างต่อเนื่องภายหลังจากที่มีการประกาศแก้ไขหรือเพิ่มเติมดังกล่าว ย่อมถือเป็นการยอมรับการแก้ไขแต่ละครั้ง ทั้งนี้ หากท่านมีข้อสงสัยหรือต้องการข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมท่านสามารถติดต่อกับเจ้าหน้าที่ของบริษัทได้ที่หมายเลข +662 6591234, 1759
บริษัทไม่มีนโยบายในการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการให้กับบุคคลที่สามโดยมิได้รับความยินยอมโดยชัดแจ้งจากผู้ใช้บริการ เว้นแต่กรณีต่อไปนี้
(๑) การเปิดเผยโดยได้รับความยินยอมเป็นหนังสือหรือวิธีการอื่นใดทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ตามที่ผู้ให้บริการกำหนดจากผู้ใช้บริการ
(๒) การเปิดเผยเพื่อประโยชน์แก่การสอบสวน หรือการพิจารณาคดี
(๓) การเปิดเผยแก่ผู้สอบบัญชีของผู้ให้บริการ
(๔) การเปิดเผยเพื่อประโยชน์ในการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย
NIS : NPS Industrial Service Co., Ltd. ("the Company") recognizes the importance of protecting users’ personal data. The Company therefore employs modern, internationally accepted security technologies and continuously tests and improves its systems to ensure that you can use the Grab Mobile application with confidence.
The Company will retain users’ personal data for as long as they use the Grab Mobile application or for the period specified by the Company. Personal data may be used to verify identity, grant access to special information, enable the Company to perform activities related to the use of the Grab Mobile application, and to contact users when necessary.
If the Company cannot verify a user’s identity based on the information provided, additional documents or further details may be requested through the Company’s staff.
In the event that personal data or related information is hacked, lost, or damaged through no fault of the Company, the Company reserves the right to disclaim any liability arising from such incidents.
Use of the Grab Mobile constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy. The Company may amend or update this Privacy Policy at any time, and continued use of the application after such changes will be deemed acceptance of each amendment. The Company does not disclose users’ personal data to third parties without explicit consent, except in the following circumstances:
(1) Disclosure with written or electronic consent from the user as specified by the Company.

(3) Disclosure to the Company’s auditors.
(4) Disclosure necessary for compliance with legal obligations.
