บริษัทจะจัดเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการตลอดระยะเวลาที่ผู้ใช้บริการใช้บริการแอพพลิเคชั่น MIS (Management Information System) หรือตามระยะเวลาที่บริษัทกําหนด โดยบริษัทอาจใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการเพื่อยืนยันตัวตน, เพื่ออนุญาตให้ผู้ใช้บริการเข้าถึงข้อมูลที่มีลักษณะพิเศษ, เพื่อให้บริษัทสามารถดําเนินการอื่นใดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้บริการแอพพลิเคชั่น MIS ของผู้ใช้บริการ รวมถึงใช้ในการติดต่อกับผู้ใช้บริการในกรณีที่จําเป็น และในบางกรณีที่บริษัทไม่สามารถตรวจสอบตัวตนของผู้ใช้บริการจากข้อมูลที่ให้ไว้กับบริษัท บริษัทอาจร้องขอเอกสารเพิ่มเติม หรือสอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมจากผู้ใช้บริการผ่านทางเจ้าหน้าที่ของบริษัท
ในกรณีที่ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลหรือข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องของผู้ใช้บริการถูกจารกรรมทางคอมพิวเตอร์ (Hack) สูญหาย หรือเสียหายซึ่งมิใช่ความผิดของบริษัท บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะปฏิเสธความรับผิดใดๆ อันเป็นผลมาจากการดังกล่าว
การใช้บริการแอพพลิเคชั่น MIS ของผู้ใช้บริการถือเป็นการยอมรับนโยบายการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลฉบับนี้ โดยบริษัทอาจแก้ไขหรือเพิ่มเติมนโยบายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลฉบับนี้ได้ไม่ว่าในเวลาใด และการที่ผู้ใช้บริการใช้งานแอพพลิเคชั่นอย่างต่อเนื่องภายหลังจากที่มีการประกาศแก้ไขหรือเพิ่มเติมดังกล่าว ย่อมถือเป็นการยอมรับการแก้ไขแต่ละครั้ง ทั้งนี้ หากท่านมีข้อสงสัยหรือต้องการข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมท่านสามารถติดต่อกับเจ้าหน้าที่ของบริษัทได้ที่หมายเลข +662 6591234, 1759
The Company will retain users’ personal data for as long as they use the MIS (Management Information System) application or as determined by the Company. Personal data may be used to verify identity, grant access to specific information, facilitate other activities related to the use of the MIS application, or contact users when necessary. In certain cases, if the Company cannot verify a user’s identity based on the information provided, additional documents or information may be requested through Company staff.
In the event that personal data or related information is hacked, lost, or damaged without the Company’s fault, the Company reserves the right to disclaim any liability arising from such incidents.
By using the MIS (Management Information System) application, users agree to this Privacy Policy. The Company may modify or update the Privacy Policy at any time. บริษัทไม่มีนโยบายในการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการให้กับบุคคลที่สามโดยมิได้รับความยินยอมโดยชัดแจ้งจากผู้ใช้บริการ เว้นแต่กรณีต่อไปนี้:
(๑) การเปิดเผยโดยได้รับความยินยอมเป็นหนังสือหรือวิธีการอื่นใดทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ตามที่ผู้ให้บริการกำหนดจากผู้ใช้บริการ
(๒) การเปิดเผยเพื่อประโยชน์แก่การสอบสวน หรือการพิจารณาคดี
(๓) การเปิดเผยแก่ผู้สอบบัญชีของผู้ให้บริการ
(๔) การเปิดเผยเพื่อประโยชน์ในการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย
The Company does not disclose personal data to third parties without explicit consent from the user, except in the following cases:
(1) Disclosure with written or electronic consent from the user as specified by the Company.
(2) Disclosure for the purposes of investigation or legal proceedings.
(3) Disclosure to the Company’s auditors.
